The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dozier wants to clinch.

Crusade moves into the clinch.
Crusade goes for a takedown attempt but Dozier pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Dozier uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Crusade misses with an uppercut. Dozier saw that one coming.
Dozier displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Crusade.

and Dozier counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Dozier throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Crusade stumbling backwards into the cage! Crusade bounces back off the cage towards Dozier, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Dozier lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Dozier celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
