Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sanouk Fairtex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ho Sung Pak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fairtex comes to the cage accompanied by Illusion-DJ Tiesto. Pak has chosen Stronger with each beat I will defeat you as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pak tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fairtex was well out of range. Poor timing from Pak.

It looks like Ho Sung Pak has been cut.
Fairtex throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Pak has had enough of the clinch but Fairtex keeps him there for the moment.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Fairtex digs a right hand underneath Pak's ribcage. Pak let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Pak makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Fairtex keeps control of Pak as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Sanouk Fairtex will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fairtex moves away from the strike by Pak.
Pak throws an overhand right that lands on Fairtex's shoulder, as Fairtex tries to avoid the shot.
Fairtex lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Pak up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Fairtex from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Pak's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
