Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 16 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shin Nara!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Molina misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Nara.
Nara shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Molina as he avoids it easily.

Nara shoots in for a takedown but Molina shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Nara shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Molina sprawls well. Molina wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Nara gets slowly back to his feet.

Nara is trying desperately to land a takedown but Molina is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Nara.

and Nara decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Molina's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Nara looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Nara feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Molina wants to get back to his feet but Nara is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Oooooh!!! Molina has knocked Nara down with a huge combo! Molina steps away and waves a wobbly Nara back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Drew Molina.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Molina, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
