The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Brown fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Martin has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Joe Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Martin on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Brown. Brown obviously looking to wear him down.

Brown lands a big head kick that sends Martin tumbling to the mat! Brown takes a step backwards and waves Martin back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Martin is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Martin crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Brown - the referee stops the clock and Martin gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Brown. Martin manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Martin is still on wobbly legs! Can Brown finish him?

Brown lands a brutal uppercut that launches Martin off his feet! Martin tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
