Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gab Jay-ar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Bautin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bautin has chosen Lobotomy by The Ramones as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Micheangelo Fripello and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bautin connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jay-ar's hands.
It looks like Gab Jay-ar has been cut.
Bautin connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Jay-ar momentarily.
Jay-ar with a poor takedown
enabling Bautin to counter with a crisp jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bautin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jay-ar was well out of range. Poor timing from Bautin.
That kick from Bautin tenderised Jay-ar's leg. Jay-ar is trying to keep his angry face on.

Bautin jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Jay-ar takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

and Bautin counters with a perfectly timed head kick, knocking Jay-ar out cold! Wow, that took some serious skill and not a little luck! Bautin is taking it in his stride though, strolling around like it's no big deal. What a guy.
