Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Toby Imada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taylor has chosen 'The Ripper' by Chinchilla as his entrance music. Ryan Taylor has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Toby Imada's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Colin Fotheringham and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor wants to clinch.
A punch combination from Taylor misses.
Imada throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Taylor.
Imada shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Taylor manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Imada drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Imada jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Taylor can't keep his opponent in guard - Imada advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Imada has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Taylor defend it? Imada steps over the head and cranks it - Taylor is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Imada!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Toby Imada!
