Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ronnie Boxer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Geek Fighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boxer comes to the cage accompanied by Ronnie. Geek Fighter is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: One More Saturday Night. Mark Geek Fighter has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Geek Fighter feints and then cracks Boxer's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Boxer down.

Geek Fighter turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Geek Fighter manages to end up in side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Boxer manages to work his way to half guard, despite Geek Fighter's best efforts.
