Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ice Dacir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Orono Wor Petchpun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Orono Wor Petchpun is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Orono Wor Petchpun!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shirou Masuda and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Dacir blocks the low kick.
Dacir is looking to clinch but Wor Petchpun is avoiding it.
A low kick from Wor Petchpun misses
and Dacir counters with an inside leg kick.
Wor Petchpun scores with a body shot.

Wor Petchpun decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Wor Petchpun connects with a nice short shot to Dacir's temple.
Wor Petchpun looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Dacir is trying to control but Wor Petchpun passes into side control!
Dacir manages to work his way to half guard, despite Wor Petchpun's best efforts.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dacir has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Wor Petchpun is working away from the top position though.

Wor Petchpun seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Dacir makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Dacir.

Dacir looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Wor Petchpun is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Dacir throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

Wor Petchpun wants to pass the guard but Dacir is keeping the position.

Orono Wor Petchpun has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
The fighters circling - Wor Petchpun throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A jab lands there for Wor Petchpun.
Orono Wor Petchpun seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dacir fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Wor Petchpun has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wor Petchpun.

Ice Dacir is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dacir takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Dacir tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Dacir tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Wor Petchpun throws a sloppy head kick

and Dacir counters with a head kick that drops Wor Petchpun to the mat! Wor Petchpun scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Wor Petchpun is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wor Petchpun tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Wor Petchpun is still on wobbly legs! Can Dacir finish him?

Dacir is looking to slow Wor Petchpun down with leg kicks.
Dacir fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Wor Petchpun.
Dacir displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Wor Petchpun throws out the jab.

Dacir lands a big head kick that sends Wor Petchpun tumbling to the mat! Dacir takes a step backwards and waves Wor Petchpun back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Dacir throws a head kick but Wor Petchpun moves out of range.
Wor Petchpun just misses with a punch to the body.
Wor Petchpun stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Dacir.

and Wor Petchpun counters with a one-two to the body.
The fighters circle, before Dacir throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Wor Petchpun's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Dacir lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
