Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gennady Vieira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Silas Anaconda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anaconda closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Anaconda swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Vieira is now in Anaconda's guard. A big mistake from Anaconda there, giving up the dominant position!

Anaconda escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Vieira gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Vieira knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Anaconda on the ground.
Anaconda is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
