Broadus's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Who Am I?. King has chosen Black Lab-This Night as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Broadus tries a head kick but it misses.
Broadus throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
King avoids a punch combination nicely.
King misses with a two punch combination.
Broadus thows a left - swing and a miss!
King takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
A combination from King does no damage.
Broadus tries to work over King's front leg with a kick but King checks it.
Broadus steps to the side to avoid the strikes from King.
Broadus really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

King looks to score with a jab to the body but Broadus is just out of range.

King throws a head kick that misses.
Broadus scores with a sloppy right hand. King should have avoided that one.
King throws a right and a left that both miss.

and King counters with a left and a right that stings Broadus.

and King counters with a nice uppercut.
Broadus with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling King to score with a decent uppercut.

and Broadus counters with a left to the body.
Broadus throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
King throws a nice looking combination but Broadus bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Broadus pushes King away with a front kick.
King misses with a jab, cross combination.
King gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Good shot there by Broadus.
Calvin Broadus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Broadus connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between King's hands.

It looks like Leonidas King has been cut.

King tries a knee to the head but Broadus blocks it.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Broadus creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Broadus sizes up King with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Broadus uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from King.
Broadus thuds his right hand into King's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
