And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helkvard takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Helkvard drives through and clinches with MacPherson against the cage.
MacPherson is trying to force a seperation but Helkvard has the dominant position.
MacPherson goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Helkvard jumps guard but MacPherson stands there with Helkvard around his waist. Helkvard gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Helkvard breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Helkvard fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging MacPherson to the ground. Helkvard is now in MacPherson's guard.
MacPherson wants to stand and escape but Helkvard is having none of it.
MacPherson looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Helkvard drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Helkvard jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
MacPherson trying to keep a closed guard but Helkvard is proving a slippery customer.

Helkvard slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
MacPherson is looking to sweep but instead, Helkvard has passed into half guard.
Helkvard is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
MacPherson is trying to escape back to his feet but Helkvard uses the scramble to pass into side control.
MacPherson is not content to let Helkvard control the position.
Helkvard controls the position from side control.
Helkvard lands an elbow.

Helkvard tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Helkvard cracks MacPherson with a big elbow.

MacPherson is wriggling around trying to escape but Helkvard has hooked up a rear naked choke! Is it over??? Is it... you're damn right it is! MacPherson taps out and Helkvard picks up the big win! Great work there by Helkvard!
