Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mohammed Gertinder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tsuyoshi Maki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maki has chosen Shinedown - Bully as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gertinder closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Maki's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gertinder trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Maki working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Gertinder.
Gertinder throws a big elbow that misses.
Maki trying to control the position.

That has opened up Tsuyoshi Maki's cut even more.
Gertinder lands a couple of digs.
Maki manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Gertinder manages to get himself to full guard.

Gertinder has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Maki can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Maki must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Gertinder manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Gertinder connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
