Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wolfgang Lilja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Federov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lilja's entrance music is Mozart - Kyrie. A fine choice. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lilja throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The fight stays on the outside here - Federov looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Lilja fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Lilja drops back, looking for a kneebar! Federov looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Federov looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Federov!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Federov has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Lilja misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Federov tries to close the distance and clinch but Lilja swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Federov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lilja swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Lilja escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Federov gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Federov is looking to advance position but Lilja has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

Lilja is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Federov has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Lilja has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Federov taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Lilja doesn't care though - he's delighted!
