Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chimpo closes the distance and clinches.
Lusis misses with some punches.
Chimpo is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Lusis pulls him back up using the underhooks.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Janis Lusis.

A solid leg kick lands there for Lusis.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Chimpo lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Lusis has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Lusis and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Lusis tries to close the distance and clinch but Chimpo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lusis lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Lusis scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oh Chimpo is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Chimpo is looking for a sweep. Lusis is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Lusis scores with a big shot! Chimpo's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Chimpo! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
