Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black wants to clinch.
Black shoots in for a takedown but Frey shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Frey stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Frey wants it to stay on the feet.

Frey closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Black to the mat! Black manages to get full guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Frey lands a couple of digs.
Black is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Frey is controlling him.
Black is trying to control the position but Frey postures up.

Frey passes Black's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Black wants to get back to full guard but Frey has passed into side control.

Frey tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Frey has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Black looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Frey creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Black gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Frey has hold of Black's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Black manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Frey working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Black looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Frey! Submission of the night perhaps?
