Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yurik Khripunov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Papa Legba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Legba has chosen Cruel Summer by Bananarama as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khripunov slips a jab and a cross from Legba.

Khripunov gets a takedown into half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Legba tries to kick Khripunov off but Khripunov keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Legba is staying active underneath Khripunov , who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Khripunov is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Legba wants to get back to his feet.
Khripunov is trying to control the action in half guard but Legba is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Khripunov looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Legba is looking to improve his position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Khripunov is posturing up here but Legba has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Khripunov tries to roll out but it's too tight and Khripunov has to tap! Slick submission there by Legba!
