Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Giuseppe Zanotti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gaius Julius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Giuseppe Zanotti!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gaius Julius!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zanotti fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Julius, pushing him back against the cage.
Julius tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Zanotti tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Julius lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Julius breaks the clinch.
Julius misses with a kick to the body.
Julius pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Zanotti wants to clinch up but Julius keeps it at a distance.
Julius misses with a head kick.
Julius pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Zanotti closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Zanotti lands in his opponent's guard.
Julius keeping moving, preventing Zanotti from controlling successfully.
Zanotti passes Julius's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Julius tries to kick Zanotti off in order to stand up. Zanotti Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Julius is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Julius really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zanotti. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Julius looks gassed!

Zanotti tries for a kimura but Julius is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zanotti trying to control the action but Julius is working from the bottom.
Zanotti controls the position from side control.
Zanotti lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Julius down.

Julius wants to get back to his feet.

Zanotti has an Americana. Julius didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Zanotti is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Zanotti hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
