PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lars Hegg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnatan Pricer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hegg might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Vs. The World. Pricer is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Iron Man. Lars Hegg has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hegg stuns Pricer with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Pricer takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Nice defenses there by Pricer.
A left and a right from Hegg both land. Nice combination.
Hegg lunges at Pricer with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Pricer's hand.
Hegg bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Pricer's head.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Pricer lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hegg has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hegg and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Pricer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Hegg lands a slapping body shot.

Pricer dives in and scores a takedown into Hegg's guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Pricer is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Hegg has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Pricer is looking to defend but Hegg has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Pricer! Hegg pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Pricer taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Lars Hegg!
Lars Hegg bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
