Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Doctore Oenomaus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rendo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doctore Oenomaus looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oenomaus fails to land the takedown.
Gracie fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Oenomaus avoids it really well and circles away.
Oenomaus fails with a takedown attempt.

Oenomaus gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Gracie slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Oenomaus.
Oenomaus has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Gracie in particular looking to stall.

Gracie closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Oenomaus quickly recovers to half guard.

Oenomaus shoots for a double leg takedown but Gracie sprawls well. He's pushed Oenomaus's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Rendo Gracie showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Gracie bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Oenomaus is fighting off a takedown attempt but Gracie is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Oenomaus to the mat. Oenomaus regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Oenomaus is on top in guard.

Gracie manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Oenomaus manages to get himself to full guard.

Oenomaus postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Gracie is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Oenomaus, into his guard.

Well Gracie has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
