These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jankowski stuffs the takedown attempt from Copley. Copley gets slowly back to his feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jankowski creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Jankowski tightens his grip and picks Copley up, before dumping him to the ground. Copley manages to land in guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Copley is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Jankowski turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Jankowski manages to end up in side control.

Copley pushes Jankowski away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Jankowski gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Jankowski cracks Copley with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Jankowski immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Copley is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Jankowski!
