Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Saulo Brandao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Floyd Mayweather (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brandao looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Mayweather scores with a sloppy right hand. Brandao should have avoided that one.
Mayweather fails in his attempt to clinch.
Mayweather keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Brandao scores with a head kick. Mayweather tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Brandao shoots in looking for a takedown. Mayweather tries to sprawl out of it but Brandao keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mayweather manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Brandao has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Brandao shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Brandao showed some decent athleticism there.

Brandao has hold of Mayweather's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Mayweather manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Brandao is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Mayweather is surviving well by controlling Brandao's body position as best he can.
