The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Konstantin Menshow and Vladimir Khabensky.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Best tries for a takedown but Kasyanov sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Kasyanov moves in looking to clinch but Best pushes him off.
Kasyanov misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kasyanov is looking to clinch.
Kasyanov tries to close the distance and clinch up but Best swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Best lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Kasyanov gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Best stays in close to Kasyanov's body and controls the position.

Best postures up in Kasyanov's guard and throws a big left but Kasyanov blocks it.
Best engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Yster Best hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Kasyanov misses the jab.
Kasyanov throws a leg kick but Best sees it coming and moves out of range.
Kasyanov looks to land a right hand but Best moved out of range.

Best shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Best slips a jab and a cross from Kasyanov.

Kasyanov tries to clinch up.

Kasyanov clinches up with Best and pushes him back against the cage.

Ismail Kasyanov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

It looks like Yster Best has been cut.

Kasyanov lands a big head kick that sends Best tumbling to the mat! Kasyanov takes a step backwards and waves Best back to his feet - he wants the finish!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The fight stays on the outside here - Kasyanov looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Kasyanov lands a big right hand that sends Best crashing to the mat! Kasyanov stays standing though and waves Best back to his feet!

Best gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Kasyanov points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Best wakes up just in time to hear Kasyanov thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
