Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lucius Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamie Gold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Jenkins might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Black Republican -- Nas. Gold has chosen Ari Gold - Let's Hug It Out, BITCH as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gold swings for the body but Jenkins moves out of range.

Jenkins tries to keep at a distance but Gold has taken the fight into the clinch.
Jenkins is trying to break the clinch but Gold has him pressed against the cage.
Jenkins lands a shoulder strike.
Gold is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Gold chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jenkins can pounce on him.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Gold counters with a good low kick that Jenkins was not able to check.
Jenkins shoots in but no luck this time.
Gold tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Gold throws a leg kick which misses Jenkins's front leg but catches the back leg as Jenkins tries to avoid it.

Jenkins is fighting to break Gold's control of his arms but Gold is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Lucius Jenkins overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Gold is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Jenkins works over Gold with some ground and pound from guard.

Gold bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jenkins's guard.

Gold fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jenkins has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
