Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Raphael Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abcd Efgh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Raphael Alves!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Abcd Efgh!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Daniel Cesar and Mauricio Rocha.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Efgh sprawls well. Efgh wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Alves gets slowly back to his feet.
Alves shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Efgh pinned against the cage. Efgh gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A jab lands there for Alves.
Alves attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Alves misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Efgh shoots in looking for a takedown. Alves tries to sprawl out of it but Efgh keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Alves manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Efgh connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Alves some visible discomfort.
Check out the look on Efgh's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Alves is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Efgh looking to control but instead Alves has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.
Efgh seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Alves is refusing to be controlled, as Efgh sits in half guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Efgh thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Alves's head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Abcd Efgh showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Efgh can do anything to dispel that myth.

Efgh wants to hit a switch here but Alves passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Efgh there!

Abcd Efgh is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Abcd Efgh was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Alves looks to land a right hand but Efgh moved out of range.

And that's the end of the fight!
Abcd Efgh comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Efgh winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
