The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Barnett as Wayne shoots in.
Wayne shoots for a takedown but Barnett saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Wayne scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Barnett stuffs the takedown attempt from Wayne. Wayne gets slowly back to his feet.
Ryan Barnett has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steve Wayne.
Wayne shoots for a double leg takedown but Barnett sprawls well. He's pushed Wayne's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Wayne darts in and clinches Barnett up against the cage.
Barnett is pressed up against the cage. Wayne has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Barnett down to the mat. Barnett avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Wayne looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Wayne shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Barnett has his feet on Wayne's thighs here. He's pushed Wayne off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Wayne screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
