Norris comes to the cage accompanied by Chuck Norris - Eyes of a Ranger. Frost has chosen Under And Over It as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Norris is fending him off so far but Frost persists. Nope, Norris circles away and we're back to standing.
Frost moves away from the strike by Norris.
Frost closes this distance looking for a takedown but Norris circles away.
Frost tries for a takedown but Norris sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Norris shoots in for a takedown but Frost shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Norris lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

and Norris counters with a good low kick that Frost was not able to check.

and Norris counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Frost throws a low kick but it's checked well by Norris.
Norris stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Norris lands a jab to the nose.
Frost throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Frost fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Norris, pushing him back against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Frost's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Norris lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Norris has a couple of punches blocked by Frost.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Norris.
Norris stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
A nice left hand lands by Norris.

Frost is rocked!
Norris misses with some punches.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Norris swings wildly with an uppercut but Frost uses good head movement to avoid it.

Frost is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Norris is defending well for now.

Norris looks to throw an elbow but misses.

Frost is still on wobbly legs! Can Norris finish him?
Frost blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Norris jerks Frost's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Frost drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Norris goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Norris because Frost was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
