Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Henry Hillbilly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Carson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hillbilly comes to the cage accompanied by I Love Country Music (And I'd Rather Fight Than Switch). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hillbilly gets the takedown into side control.
Carson gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Carson wants to improve his position but Hillbilly is controlling well.
Hillbilly passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Carson!

Carson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hillbilly gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Carson looks gassed!
Hillbilly is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Carson is working an open guard so Hillbilly takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Henry Hillbilly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hillbilly gets a takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Carson is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Hillbilly pulls his head out easily.

Hillbilly moves into full mount! Carson won't be happy about that!

Carson tries to lock up and control but Hillbilly gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Carson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Carson sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Hillbilly is tying to control. Carson wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Hillbilly perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Carson gets full guard.
Carson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Hillbilly is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Carson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Hillbilly's back instead.
Carson is persistently looking for the submission but Hillbilly is defending it well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Henry Hillbilly dominated that round.
That's time! Hillbilly's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Hillbilly tries to clinch up.
Carson moves away from the strike by Hillbilly.
Carson keeps the fight on the outside.
Hillbilly has managed to clinch.
Hillbilly lands a left hand that snaps the head of Carson backwards.
Carson takes a knee right on the jaw!
Hillbilly landing knees to the head.
Carson is rocked!
Carson wants a takedown but no success here.
Hillbilly lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Hillbilly escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hillbilly tries to clinch there but Carson circles away.
Hillbilly closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hillbilly lands in his opponent's guard.
Carson not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Carson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hillbilly gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Hillbilly gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Hillbilly drives through and clinches with Carson against the cage.
Hillbilly ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Hillbilly no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Hillbilly looking for a sweep. Not yet Hillbilly, not yet.
Hillbilly keeping full guard, as Carson tries to pass.

Carson wants to pass the guard but Hillbilly is keeping the position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Carson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hillbilly tries to avoid it but Carson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hillbilly to the ground. Hillbilly escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hillbilly tries to clinch but Carson is having none of it.
Carson scores with a three punch combo!
Hillbilly fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Carson, pushing him back against the cage.

Carson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Henry Hillbilly has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bill Carson.
Carson tries to pull guard but Hillbilly won't allow it.

Hillbilly misses with a short punch on the inside.

Carson throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Hillbilly keeps control of Carson as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Hillbilly lands with a right to the head.
A left hand lands to the body for Hillbilly.
Hillbilly lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
A head punch on the inside from Hillbilly fails to land.
Hillbilly creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Carson jumps guard but Hillbilly stands there with Carson around his waist. Carson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Carson blocks an uppercut.
Carson tries to pull guard but Hillbilly holds him up against the cage and eventually Carson drops back down to his feet.
Hillbilly misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Carson.
Hillbilly comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Carson tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Hillbilly just stands there and leans against the cage.
Hillbilly misses with a hook to the ribs.
Carson jumps guard.
Hillbilly has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Carson is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Hillbilly has his hands clasped together but Carson extends an breaks Hillbilly's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Carson.
