Miletich's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Canibus- 2nd Round Knockout. Antunes is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Snuff. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ricardo Antunes!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Miletich decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Miletich accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Miletich drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Miletich jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Miletich cracks Antunes with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Miletich immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Antunes is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Miletich!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pat Miletich!
After the fight, Pat Miletich was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
