Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dominick Fitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chop Dick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dick comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Prodigy - No Good kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chop Dick!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fitch misses with a takedown attempt

and Dick decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Fitch's guard.
Dick trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Dick passes Fitch's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Chop Dick has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Fitch doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Fitch takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Dominick Fitch has been cut.

Dick shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fitch but Fitch pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Dick connects with a body shot that sends Fitch's belly button to the back.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Dick swings away with a leg kick that misses.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

A looping hook to the body misses from Dick. Fitch does a little dance to reset his feet.
Dick looks to throw the jab but Fitch is out of range.

and Dick counters with a nice right hand that sends Fitch toppling to the canvas! Fitch scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Dick finish him?!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fitch shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dick sprawls well. Dick wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fitch gets slowly back to his feet.

Dick lands a big right hand that sends Fitch crashing to the mat! Dick stays standing though and waves Fitch back to his feet!

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fitch steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dick.
Dick fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fitch manages to avoid it.

Fitch shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Dick holds on and takes a little breather.

Dick is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dick thows a huge punch but Fitch dodges it nicely.
Fitch tries to roll over but Dick keeps him under control.
Dick is pressing down on Fitch's thigh, looking to free his foot. Fitch is holding on for now.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Chop Dick showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!

Dick shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Fitch is trying to defend but Dick finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fitch is looking to improve his position.
Fitch wants to get back to his feet.
Fitch is staying active underneath Dick, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Dick is controlling the pace.
Chop Dick has got the better of the ground game so far.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Chop Dick was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Dick scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Dick throws an overhand right that lands on Fitch's shoulder, as Fitch tries to avoid the shot.

Dick fails to land the takedown.
Dick moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Fitch defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Dick.

Chop Dick is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Oh Fitch is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Dick throws out a loose jab but Fitch uses good head movement to avoid it.
Fitch seems to have got his legs back now.
Dick swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Fitch decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

And that's the end of the fight!
Chop Dick comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Dick has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Chop Dick was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
