Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teddy Garcilazo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter comes to the cage accompanied by Black Nurse by Glassjaw. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jake Hunter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Teddy Garcilazo!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Felipe Paraventi and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcilazo takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Teddy Garcilazo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Garcilazo throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Hunter tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Garcilazo is in Hunter's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Garcilazo is looking to work some ground and pound but Hunter has wrist control.
Hunter wants to sweep but no luck.

Hunter takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Teddy Garcilazo will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!



Hunter moves into range and clinches up with Garcilazo.

Garcilazo has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Hunter regains guard immediately.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Garcilazo throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hunter works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Garcilazo is wriggling around but Hunter manages to pass to half guard.
Hunter tries to pass to full mount but Garcilazo defends it.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Garcilazo is looking to get back to is feet but Hunter passes into side control.
Jake Hunter has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Garcilazo bucks up and tries to throw Hunter off but instead Hunter has got his back!
Garcilazo wants to get back to his feet.

And that's the end of the fight!
Teddy Garcilazo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Garcilazo winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
