Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rob McKenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomi Jarzynka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McKenzie comes into the arena with Flower Of Scotland blaring out of the sound system. Tomi Jarzynka will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McKenzie misses with a straight left.
Jarzynka moves in looking to clinch but McKenzie pushes him off.
Jarzynka looks for a takedown but McKenzie sprawls well.
Jarzynka fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but McKenzie avoids it really well and circles away.

Rob McKenzie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tomi Jarzynka.
Jarzynka shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and McKenzie counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
McKenzie seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. McKenzie lands a nice short elbow.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
McKenzie is nestled in close to Jarzynka, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Jarzynka is rocked!
McKenzie has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
McKenzie tries to pass to full mount but Jarzynka defends it.
McKenzie lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Jarzynka quite badly. Jarzynka pulls McKenzie in close trying to recover. McKenzie postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Jarzynka on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Jarzynka doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
