I think Tully might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Open Your Eyes. The crowd seem to be enjoying Pardo's choice of entrance music: Don't Stop Believing. James Pardo is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tully drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Pardo looking to hit a scissor sweep but Tully is one step ahead there.
Tully slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Pardo is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Tully thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Tully is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Pardo is trying to escape and Tully transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Pardo is forced to tap! Nice work there by Tully ! Very nice indeed!
