Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gregard GracieHunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jorma Kampa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). GracieHunter comes into the arena with You're the best around blaring out of the sound system. Kampa has chosen End of All Hope as his entrance music. Gregard GracieHunter has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Ackerman and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kampa keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Kampa thows a body shot but no joy.
Kampa closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Kampa looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
GracieHunter is trying to stand back up but Kampa is controlling him
Kampa tries to pass the half guard into mount. GracieHunter knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Kampa looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
GracieHunter tries to roll over but Kampa keeps him under control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kampa wants to take a breather but GracieHunter is having none of it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Kampa clobbers GracieHunter with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

and Kampa counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

and Kampa counters with a nice double leg into side control. GracieHunter won't be happy with that.

Kampa is looking for a kimura but GracieHunter is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Kampa to get the leverage.
GracieHunter moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Kampa slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Kampa is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. GracieHunter knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Kampa had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. GracieHunter is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Kampa Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take GracieHunter's back instead.

GracieHunter breaks Kampa's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

GracieHunter wants to control from the top but Kampa keeps moving.
GracieHunter wants to stand but Kampa has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
GracieHunter is posturing up here but Kampa has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! GracieHunter tries to roll out but it's too tight and GracieHunter has to tap! Slick submission there by Kampa!
