Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mineirinho Uai So!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Conan Drogo!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uai So moves in looking to clinch but Drogo pushes him off.
Uai So displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Drogo throws out the jab.
Drogo's corner calls for a 1-2. Drogo obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Uai So fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Uai So throws a series of punches but Drogo moves out of range.
Drogo getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Drogo has taken the fight to the clinch.
A short uppercut from Drogo.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Uai So misses with some punches.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Drogo creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Uai So tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Drogo just stands there and leans against the cage.

Drogo throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Uai Sos head.
Uai So decides to pull guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Drogo is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Uai So looking for a guillotine here but Drogo defends easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Drogo's corner is telling him to maintain position.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Conan Drogo.
Drogo misses with a wild body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Uai So shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mineirinho Uai So. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Drogo closes the distance and clinches.
A right hook to the body lands for Drogo.
Uai So is breathing heavily.
Drogo blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Uai So drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Drogo gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Drogo throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Drogo scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Drogo will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Uai So up against the cage.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Drogo throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Drogo lands a right hand that snaps the head of Uai So backwards.
Oh Uai So is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Drogo digs a right hand underneath Uai So's ribcage. Uai So let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Uai So seems to have got his legs back now.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Drogo dips a shoulder and cracks Uai So with a mighty uppercut! Uai So falls back against the cage and Drogo unloads with a barrage of strikes! Uai So is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Drogo screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Conan Drogo!
Our winner, Conan Drogo, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
