The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Grigoriev moves into range and clinches up with Boyka.
Boyka fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Grigoriev pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Boyka doesn't manage to clinch there - Grigoriev circles away.
Boyka moves in looking to clinch but Grigoriev pushes him off.
Boyka fails in his attempt to clinch.
Boyka takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Boyka scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Boyka tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Grigoriev manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Boyka tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Grigoriev paws at him with a jab and circles away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Boyka is looking to clinch.

Grigoriev rushes Boyka and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Boyka lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Grigoriev blocks the elbow strike.
Grigoriev could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Grigoriev can't break the clinch.
Boyka keeps control of Grigoriev as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
With the two fighters working up against the ropes, Boyka just misses with a elbow thrown towards Grigoriev's brow.
Boyka lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
