Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Archaniol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Fenix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marcus Fenix!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fenix is looking to slow Archaniol down with leg kicks.
Fenix bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Archaniol's head backwards.

It looks like Rafael Archaniol has been cut.
A big left from Archaniol misses.
Fenix throws a nice head kick!
Fenix comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Archaniol takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Archaniol doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
An inside leg kick lands from Fenix.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Fenix, as that shot connected.
Fenix dips to his left and cracks Archaniol with an uppercut!

Rafael Archaniol's cut is getting worse.
Fenix moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fenix cracks Archaniol with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Archaniol falls to his knees and Fenix doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
