The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Bruno Hogan and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcgee has his takedown stuffed
and Buds counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Mcgee fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Buds avoids it really well and circles away.
Nice body punch from Buds.
Mcgee shoots in and drives through. Buds sprawls well.
Sticky Buds has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Handles Mcgee.
Buds fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Buds lands a lovely overhand right.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Buds tries to bum rush Mcgee with a series of wild strikes but Mcgee uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Buds lands a head shot.
Mcgee shoots in for a double leg but Buds sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Buds lands a glancing blow to the side of Mcgee's head.
Buds misses with a series of wild punches.
Buds looks to throw the jab but Mcgee is out of range.
Nice combo by Buds! Oh, that's hurt him - Mcgee falls to the canvas and Buds follows him into side control.
Mcgee is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Buds stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Mcgee is still on wobbly legs! Can Buds finish him?
Buds closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Mcgee! Buds dives in looking to finish! Mcgee is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sticky Buds!
In his post fight interview, Sticky Buds gave a big smile as he said 'IM SOOO HIGH'.
