The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

President manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Susechin on his heels. He'll look to pass Susechin's guard now, I'm sure.

President throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Susechin is trying hard to land a takedown here. President sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Oleg Susechin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

President throws a series of punches but Susechin moves out of range.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
President moves into full mount! Susechin won't be happy about that!
President takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Susechin defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from President.

Susechin turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips President off and cradles Susechin's limp body as President celebrates with his corner.
