The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fuschini pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Loco throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Fuschini throws a body punch but Loco moves out of range.

Fuschini decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Fuschini winds up and cracks Loco with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Fuschini is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Loco!
Loco wants to hold on but Fuschini pushes him away.
Fuschini looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

The referee warns Loco that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

It looks like Michu Loco has been cut.
Fuschini has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fuschini avoids the attempt from Loco to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Loco takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Fuschini tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Fuschini wants to control the pace but Loco is squirming around nicely.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
