Tinaway kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Sonic Boom Six - Floating Away. Palhares is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Apaga mais não bate. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Ronaldo Palhares enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tinaway misses with a takedown attempt - Palhares sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Palhares tries to score with some ground and pound. Tinaway controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Palhares has hold of Tinaway's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Tinaway tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Palhares cranks the arm and Tinaway screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Tinaway, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
