Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Burza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pep Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burza comes to the cage accompanied by Metallica - Enter Sandman. Hernandez has chosen Heart Vacnacy- the wanted as his entrance music. Pep Hernandez has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with John Burza's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, John Burza!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pep Hernandez!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hernandez swinging wildly here.
Hernandez throws a series of punches but Burza moves out of range.
Hernandez throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hernandez misses with a double jab.
Burza misses with the combination.
Burza misses with a series of wild punches.

Burza closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hernandez to the mat! Hernandez manages to get full guard.

Burza got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hernandez has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Burza has managed to get both his arms back between Hernandez's legs - danger averted.

Hernandez had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Burza defends it easily.
Burza trying to control the position from guard on top but Hernandez is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Burza stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hernandez swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Burza stands and throws Hernandez's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Hernandez regains half guard there - taking advantage of Burza's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
Burza is looking to take a break and control but Hernandez is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Hernandez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Burza. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hernandez is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Hernandez is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Hernandez is trying to control but Burza manages to pass to mount!

Burza working for a submission but Hernandez is keeping him at bay.

Burza goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Hernandez turns into him and now he's in Burza's guard.

Hernandez thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Burza trying to keep a closed guard but Hernandez is proving a slippery customer.
Burza lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hernandez!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hernandez can't escape the position.

Burza swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Hernandez is now in Burza's guard. A big mistake from Burza there, giving up the dominant position!

Burza looking for a triangle here. Hernandez is fighting it but it looks tight! Burza pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Hernandez is tapping out - this one is all over!

John Burza decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
