PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Japa Kaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viljo Laine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Japa Kaka has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Japa Kaka seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laine pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Laine misses with a body kick.
Nice defenses there by Laine.
Kaka moves out of range of the body kick.
Laine throws a lazy right hand but Kaka sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Laine ducks under a wild hook from Kaka.
Crunch! Laine slams his shin into Kaka's torso.
Kaka will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kaka throws a hook but Laine blocks it.
Laine connects with a solid leg kick.
Kaka throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Laine counters with a lovely straight right hand!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kaka throws a hook but Laine avoids it easily.
A head kick misses from Laine.
Kaka misses with the combination.
Laine moves out of range of the strikes.

Kaka moves out of range of the strikes.
Laine thuds his shin into the meat of Kaka's side.
No joy there for Kaka, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Laine thows a body shot but no joy.
Kaka walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Laine throws a series of punches but Kaka moves out of range.
Laine uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kaka.
Kaka fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kaka misses with a few strikes there.
Laine ducks under a wild hook from Kaka.
Laine throws out a powerful jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A looping hook to the body misses from Laine. Kaka does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kaka avoids the head kick by Laine.

Laine lands a big head kick that sends Kaka tumbling to the mat! Laine takes a step backwards and waves Kaka back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Kaka is rocked!
Laine darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Kaka's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Laine before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
