Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Min Sanity!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jay Garcia!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Colin Fray and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanity gets caught flat footed, as Garcia shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Garcia passes into half guard.
Garcia is controlling the pace.

Garcia is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sanity doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Garcia.

Sanity is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Garcia wants to pass the guard but Sanity is defending well.

Garcia throws some wild stikes that Sanity manages to avoid easily.
Garcia is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Sanity to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Sanity shrugs it off.
Garcia is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Sanity has managed to escape the submission attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Garcia sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Sanity is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Garcia tries to control but Sanity wriggling away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Sanity fails with the takedown.
Sanity has his takedown stuffed
and Garcia counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Sanity!
Sanity tries to control the position but Garcia now has his back.
