The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pfeife misses with a body shot.
Pfeife slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Bernard Pfeife seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Love walks into a stiff left hand from Pfeife.
Love moves away from the strike by Pfeife.
Love uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pfeife.
Pfeife ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Love moves away.
Pfeife changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Pfeife clobbers Love with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Pfeife falls off balance throwing a combination

and Love counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Love forces his way into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pfeife is trying to get back to full guard.
Love wants to stand but Pfeife has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Love blocks the strikes from Pfeife.

Pfeife works his way to full guard. Good work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Love drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Love as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Pfeife screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Love! Nice submission victory there!
