The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones looks to land a body kick but Hill moved away.
Jones walks into a straight right hand from Hill.
Some wild striking there from Jones.
Jones throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hill lands with a nice body punch.
Jones looks to throw a body kick
and Hill counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Jones throws a head kick that Hill semi-blocks.
Good leg kick by Hill there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Jones wants to slow Hill down by chopping away at his legs.
Jones looks to throw the jab but Hill is out of range.
Jones pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jones lands with a nice body punch.
A clash of legs there as Hill blocks the low kick.
The fighters circling - Hill throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Hill! Jones is out on his feet! Hill rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Jones is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Jones is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
