Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Takeo Matsukata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddrick DeMons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). DeMons has chosen Teddybears Sthlm;Mad Cobra - Cobrastyle as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Freddrick DeMons has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Matsukata.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Matsukata tries to hold on but DeMons pushes him away.
Matsukata really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Matsukata is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

OK we're going to have a standup here. Freddrick DeMons hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
