Safire gets control of Sau Sei's arms and successfully pulls guard. Safire will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Safire controls Sau Sei momentarily but Sau Sei frees himself.

Safire is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sau Sei defends well.

Safire working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sau Sei doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Safire is tightening it up a little... Sau Sei has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Sau Sei reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Sau Sei taps out! Nice BJJ there by Safire!
