Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Connors (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hector Munez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Connors comes to the ring accompanied by Stinkfist by Tool. Hector Munez will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munez shoots in for a takedown but Connors shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A nice inside leg kick there by Munez. That's going to slow Connors down.
Munez gets a double leg takedown into Connors's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Munez connects with a couple of short punches.
Munez wants to pass the guard but Connors is keeping the position.
Munez is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Munez is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Munez can do anything to dispel that myth.

The fight stays on the outside here - Munez looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Munez feints and as Connors raises his hands in defense, Munez changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Connors seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Connors controls Munez momentarily but Munez frees himself.
Munez content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Connors has locked up a guillotine! Connors's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Munez is holding on here and Connors must be using up a lot of energy. Munez has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Connors gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Tyler Connors spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
