The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jay lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Jay.
Warner avoids the head kick by Jay.
Warner is looking to clinch.
Jay stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jay wants it to stay on the feet.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Jay.
Warner shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Jay counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Jay is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Warner is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

Warner tries to lock up and control but Jay gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Jay is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Warner is forced to tap! Great finish!
