Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenric Kyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yama Mama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kyle's entrance music is Simply Ravishing. A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Mama's choice of entrance music: Micharl McCann - Icarus. Yama Mama has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Kenric Kyle's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenric Kyle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yama Mama!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mama throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A head kick misses from Mama.
Kyle scoring well with a low kick there.
Kyle throws a sloppy head kick and Mama moves out of range easily.
Mama stuns Kyle with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Mama lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Kenric Kyle has been cut.
A head kick misses from Mama.
A solid leg kick lands there for Kyle.
Kyle throws a leg kick but Mama sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Mama bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kyle looks for the body kick but Mama saw that one coming.
Mama misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
No joy there for Mama, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mama missing with a left hand there. Kyle was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Mama finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Mama lands with an overhand left.
Kyle tried to score with a low kick but Mama checks it.
Mama tries a head kick but it misses.
Mama throws a sloppy head kick and Kyle moves out of range easily.

Kyle is looking to clinch but Mama is avoiding it.
Kyle feints and then cracks Mama's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Mama down.
Kyle walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Mama checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Mama plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Mama blocks a low kick nicely.
Kyle misses the jab.
Mama moves away from the strike by Kyle.
Mama throws a hook to the side of Kyle's head but Kyle sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A clash of legs there as Kyle blocks the low kick.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Mama.
Yama Mama is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kyle lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
A jab from Kyle does it's job there.

Mama throws a head kick that misses.
Kyle fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Mama has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Kyle misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kyle throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mama tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Kyle is in Mama's guard.

Mama wants to sweep here but Kyle controlling him for the moment.

Kyle makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Kyle wants to pass the guard but Mama is keeping the position.
Mama has momentary wrist control but Kyle slips an elbow through the middle.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mama avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Mama moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Kyle missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Mama looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kyle is one step ahead there.
Mama has momentary wrist control but Kyle slips an elbow through the middle.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Mama has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kyle can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Kyle might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Mama utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Kyle's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Mama has his foot on Kyle's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kyle works his way back into a safe position though.
Kyle lands a couple of elbows.

Mama is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Mama is on top in guard.

Mama is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Kyle is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Kyle has escaped and now he's on top!
Mama escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kyle gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kyle drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kyle jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Mama is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kyle defends well.

Mama looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Kyle has picked Mama up and slammed him! Mama can't keep hold of the triangle and Kyle manages to pass to side control!
Kyle cracks Mama with an elbow. That is naaassty.

Mama is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kyle defends it well.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

A very excited looking Kenric Kyle made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
